We are turning complex component parts with diameters within the range from 0,1 mm to 16 mm. Our flexibility allows for the manufacturing of parts for small series and prototypes (minimum 50 pieces) as well as for mass production (several million parts). We work with an accuracy of a micron. Our main specialties are bearing and miniature plugs.

With suitable tooling : CNC machine tools for diameters up to 16 mm, automatic lathes of the M4, M7, MS7 and MSC7DC type for diameters up to 7 mm, rehandling transfer machine, test, counting and cleaning machines.

Various operations : turning, screw-chasing, drilling, screw-cutting, threading, milling, punching.

Materials : copper alloys, mild steel, aluminium, 316 L stainless steel, titanium, teflon, delrin.

Applications : watch industry, micromechanics, electronics, car industry, medical, telecommunication.
