Implanted since 1990 in the heart of Jura, Injector uses its competences in the watch industry and microtechnics for the synthetic materials injection-moulding.
The precision of our moulding parts is lower 10µ.

- 6 injection moulding machines : weight part from 0.00001 gr to 25 gr
- GPAO/data-processing control system.

Watch industry : rotor / moulded magnets / moulded inserts. Driving systems of bezels. Super-luminova (new). Crowns / winding crowns / needles / pinions. Gaskets. Clockface index. Many parts of quartz movement. Platin.

Technical plastics injection : lubricated / UV treated, etc.

Medical / electronic : dental implants. Driving systems for cardiac pumps. Connections parts medical material certified. Material usually used : PEEK, LCP, POM, polyimides, all techno-polymers.

Traditional injection-moulding : small, average & great series.

Rapid prototyping : With or without files CAD.
